Sinus Infections suck!

I started feeling like crap the beginning of last week. I started pushing the vitamin C and drinking lots. By Friday I was exhausted, and by Monday I couldn't believe how sick I was. I really thought it was just a bad cold I had a horrible cough which isn't common for me. So, I went to the doctors yesterday morning and was given an antibiotic for a sinus infection. I can't believe how much better I feel today. It obviously wasn't just viral like I had originally though. Thank goodness I went to the doctors, last night my back molars were hurting me so bad I couldn't stand it. It's weird how all of that is connected. What a difference 24 hours makes. I'm certainly not 100% but, I'm well on my way!
How's everyone else feeling these days? It is so cold out today! Come on spring!!

My daughters debracing date is coming up in 13 days. I'm really happy for her, but so envious too! I can't wait to have no metal in my mouth. What a wonderful feeling that will be!!

I can't wait for the de-bracing date either :) You're a bit closer than I am, though :)

In Washington we've been given a bit of a break in the weather. It's not warm by any means, but I walked outside w/out a coat today and the sun was actually out! Whoa!

I'm with you, Michelle. I can't wait for Spring. Walking around the gardens looking at new little things popping out of the ground. Even Dandelions are awesome in the Spring!

Glad you're finally able to get some relief from that Sinus infection. Man alive it's crazy how they make EVERYTHING hurt. Not fun at all!

Hey Michelle,

I'm Brandon from the Jaw Surgery Blog.

I just wanted to congratulate you on a successful surgery, and it would be a great help to others and future patients that are going to be going through the same thing you did if you could share your story and experience.

I'd love to get as many people to share their story as possible in one organized place, so people just like us won't be as scared, and they too can have a successful surgery.

All you have to do is describe how the process was for you, in as much or as little detail as you like. For example, you could include how you felt right before surgery, how you felt after, what the sensations were like, what you wish you had known before, or anything else you can think of that will make the process a little bit easier for someone else.

To help, just go here:

If you have any questions at all or trouble posting your story, just let me know, and I'll be glad to help you help others!

Thanks again,
Brandon

I can't wait till I have my teeth fixed! I have my braces for a year now and had some painless laser dentistry (Chicago-based) procedure before it. I just hope to have a break from work! I feel so exhausted.
